I return to this reiki experience every so often when I need some gentle support. It always eases my stress level and is a comfort to know positive energy is been sent my way !!!

I've joined the On Going coaching group. It's on WhatsApp. I really enjoy the group. There are about 7 of us. We chat every day. We have a definite check in weekly and monthly. We set goals. We can change or tweak our goals. I've been more motivated since working with Jaime. I've been decluttering and spring cleaning. My goal has been to go to the gym. I've benefited from the chats with the others. We have all worked with Jaime before. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thank you

Whatever I get from Jaime it's just perfect. The gemstones, bracelet etc are always highest quality.
The group work is not something I ever thought I would take to but she puts the right people together and the encouragement, care and advice is just perfect. Would definitely recommend people to give it a try

I genuinely did not know what to expect from coaching, but was pleasantly surprised to find a space for me I had not experienced before a safe and kind space . Where I could be myself talk through worries and set goals some small some bigger for the future. For me it’s like having a really good conversation with a best friend and feeling great when you part knowing they have your back I have gained confidence and strength so it’s a space I will return to when life gets inevitably tough. Thank you Jaime !!!

Chakra Flush

I loved this because I could ask for the Reiki to be gentle or strong whatever I felt I needed to get through a bit of a crisis and I could message Jaime and ask her advice so yes I would definitely recommend if you need a boost especially for yourself we all need a boost at times 5 perfect stars from me x

I found this wonderful healing very positive I have recently gone through a tough grieving process after losing my lovely dog it was a shock so this gave me some balance and reset i would definitely have it again and if your going through a crisis I would recommend it *****

Jaime has been so kind and patient through out my sessions with her. Everyone has their own experience with reiki and their own healing process. Each session has been different, but Jaime has been there every step of the way checking in and helping to explain things. She will help guide you and really cares. The subscription is a great option to keep the healing continuous as well as less of a hassle to remember booking sessions. Whether you have things to work through or just maintenance of well being, it’s a very economical option and with a truly kind person/practitioner.

This is a very friendly and supportive group for people who want to change their way of thinking. Jay is very helpful and offers tools and guadiance along the way.

I am so grateful for Jaime and her Positive Mindset Group. It was like a breath of fresh air, when I felt like things were falling apart around me. Jaime is compassionate and patient. The tools that Jaime gives you during this program is life changing and I now can carry them in my self care toolbox. Thank you so much Jaime. I can't wait for the next round.

It was an amazing experience even if I didn't participate all the time. Jaime is there to help you and support you. She always has great advice and I was able to connect with kind people. I left with many ideas and I also felt happier in myself. I can highly recommend Jaime, she is a very kind lady and always there for you.

Jaime is a lovely lady , I slept quite well on a few occasions, her reiki healing can take some time on some parts especially if you're like me haha. Great communication and she was always checking on how I was doing. Thank you so much jaimie.i will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased two aura cleanse sessions one for my partner and one for myself.
On the first night (Paul's session) we both felt a massive difference and slept really well.
On the second night ( my session) I did not feel as much benefit but overall really happy with the service provider.

Jaime is a 5 star Health and Wellness coach. Not only can she help you set goals perfect for you, but also is very creative and innovative in finding ways for you to implement them. The group is also very supportive and helps you achieve and expand your own goals.

This group has been amazing for me and has really helped change my life around for the better. I was able to set small goals to start with and build on them with the help from Jaime and the group. I have started taking my supplements again and have been doing really well with intermittent fasting helping me lose 8lbs so far. The pain I had in my hip has almost completely gone. My mindset has changed helping me stick to my goals and I am now joining a gym to take that next step. Simple changes that have had such a profound effect for me.

Hi, I have recently done the Well being course. We talked about healthy eating, exercise, meditation, breaks, assertiveness, what we were doing each day. The other people doing the course were pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed this course.

Reiki bear distance reiki sessions are warm and fuzzy. They are about fun, abundance, and love. A must try!

I was excited to try this as I have a sensitive aura and can get sluggish from negative energy. I slept through the Aura cleanse and woke feeling light and bright like when you give your home a good spring clean I have more energy and less aches and pains my thinking is also clearer and I feel more like myself it’s been over 24 hours and I can still feel it clean and clear . 5 stars from me *****

The chakra flush is very powerful. If your aura is dirty or if the connection between the chakras is blocked, it manifests in pain in the physical body.
Also, treatments build on each other. So a sequence of treatment is even more effective. Chakra flush is amazing.
