7 Day Reiki Support

If you feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed or unable to properly switch off, this gives you steady, gentle support over a full week — helping your nervous system settle and your mind finally slow down.

This is personalised distance Reiki offered daily for 7 days. You don’t need to talk everything through or explain how you’re feeling — we simply work with where you are and allow things to shift naturally.

Distance Reiki works wherever you are — you don’t need to be local.

This may be especially helpful if you’re:

Feeling tense, stressed or unable to fully relax
Emotionally drained or mentally overloaded
Struggling to switch off, rest or sleep properly
Wanting gentle, personal support without having to explain everything

This is ideal if one session hasn’t felt like enough, or you need support that continues over time.

What happens after you book?

After checkout, I’ll personally contact you to arrange your Reiki session time. You don’t need to book a slot before paying, and there’s no video call unless we’ve agreed one.

You can relax, rest or carry on with your day while the Reiki is sent.

This allows for deeper, more focused work over time. I may naturally work through emotional patterns, past situations, or ongoing energy imbalances gradually across the week.

This is a gentle process — nothing forced, just steady shifts that build over time.

Everyone’s experience is different, but many people notice changes building throughout the week.

I was a bit stressed during the four week period owing to life and know her reiki service was a Godsend and provided a sense of comfort and well being which was exactly what I needed! If you have the opportunity - take it - it will always benefit you in ways you won’t even realise!

Reiki to Heal the Past

This is a much recommended service. Going in I was unsure what to expect. This is an amazing service which is highly recommended. Jaime is very thorough and keeps in contact from start to finish. The trauma we addressed was deeply engrained for many years. With one session the level of anxiety it caused seemed to significantly be reduced. I have not thought of it nor has the past keep me from enjoying my life. I'll be scheduling additional treatments for other a few other trauma's soon. Everyone should give this a try. Jaime is the best at what she does.

Reiki healing the past

I booked this to try to heal my past.
The reiki must have done something as i had lots of thoughts about my childhood (things I had long forgotten about). Hopefully it will bring some closure for me.

Reiki healing for the past works by taking the emotional charge from past traumatic events so they become normal memory. This means you can still learn from these experiences but they no longer cloud the present moment with negative emotion from the past.
