Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

Some services offered on this website are provided as ongoing or subscription-based support.

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the plan you select at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations will apply to future billing periods. No refunds are provided for any current or partially used subscription period.

For one-off services such as Reiki sessions or coaching, bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been made.

If you need to reschedule a live session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Orders for physical products cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
