No. Your Reiki support is tailored to you and what you would like from your session.
Depending on the service you choose, your Reiki may include energy balancing, chakra work, aura cleansing, grounding, cord cutting or gentle energetic clearing where appropriate.
If you are not sure what you need, that is completely fine. You can simply tell me how you have been feeling and I will tailor your Reiki accordingly.

Do I need to book a call?
No. Reiki is sent at a distance, so there is no need to join a phone or video call unless you would like one.
Can I receive Reiki outside the UK?
Yes. Because all Reiki is sent remotely, you can receive it from anywhere in the UK or worldwide.
What is the difference between Ongoing Reiki Support and a Personal Reiki Session?
Ongoing Reiki Support is sent gently in the background and does not require a set session time. A Personal Reiki Session is dedicated specifically to you for either 30 or 60 minutes and includes personal feedback afterwards.
