What is Wilderwell?
Wilderwell is a gentle wellbeing space offering Distance Reiki, coaching, online courses and digital resources designed to help you feel calmer, more connected and more like yourself again.
Who is Jaime?
I'm Jaime, the founder of Wilderwell, a Reiki Master and coach who loves helping people find more calm, confidence and balance in their lives.
Where are you based?
I'm based in the UK, but my services and digital products are available worldwide.

Distance Reiki
What is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that can be sent wherever you are in the world.
How does Distance Reiki work?
Reiki practitioners believe that energy isn't limited by distance. Sessions can therefore be carried out remotely without needing to be physically together.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. Many people try Reiki simply because they are curious or looking for support.
Do I need to be on a video call?
No. Most of my Reiki sessions are completely distance-based and require no call.
Do I need to be available at a certain time?
No. You can go about your normal day while receiving Distance Reiki.
What might I feel during a session?
Everyone is different. Some people feel calm, sleepy, emotional, warm or peaceful. Others notice very little during the session but feel different afterwards.
What if I don't feel anything?
That's completely normal. Not feeling anything during the session doesn't mean you haven't benefited from it.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some people feel better after one session, while others prefer ongoing support.
Can Reiki replace medical treatment?
No. Reiki should never replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Can children receive Reiki?
Yes, with permission from a parent or guardian.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, provided they are happy to receive the session.
Can I have Reiki while pregnant?
Many people enjoy Reiki during pregnancy, but if you have any concerns please speak to your healthcare professional.
Reiki for Pets
Can animals receive Reiki?
Yes. Reiki can be sent to animals just as it can be sent to people.
Does my pet need to sit still?
No. Animals often relax naturally but can continue with their normal activities.
Can Reiki replace veterinary care?
No. Reiki is a complementary therapy and should never replace veterinary advice or treatment.
Coaching
What happens during coaching?
Coaching provides a supportive space to explore what's going on, gain clarity and take practical steps forward.
Do I need to know exactly what I need help with?
Not at all. Many people come feeling overwhelmed or unsure.
Can I combine coaching and Reiki?
Absolutely. Many clients enjoy combining both.
Digital Downloads
What is a digital download?
A digital download is a PDF product delivered online. No physical item will be posted.
How do I receive my download?
You'll receive a download link after purchase and by email.
Can I print my workbook?
Yes. You can print it at home or through a local print shop.
Can I use it digitally?
Yes. You can complete it on your phone, tablet, iPad or computer using a PDF annotation app.
Do I need a special app?
No, but apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Goodnotes, Xodo or Samsung Notes make it easier to type or write on your workbook.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. The workbook is for your personal use, and you may print additional copies for yourself.
Can I share it with others?
Please don't share or distribute the files. Each purchase is for one person only.
What if I lose my download?
Please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the files have been downloaded.

How do I access my course?
You'll receive access details by email after purchase.
Do I get lifetime access?
Please check the individual course page for full details.
Can I complete the course at my own pace?
Yes. Most courses are completely self-paced.
Can I watch on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Courses can be accessed on most devices.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are shown during checkout and may include card payments, PayPal and other secure payment options.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards make a lovely present and can be used on many Wilderwell products and services.
Can I cancel a subscription?
