4 Session Coaching Support
This is a great place to start if you’d like consistent support over a few weeks. It gives us time to build momentum, work through what’s going on, and start creating real change.
You’ll receive four 1:1 coaching sessions, usually taken weekly, along with ongoing support and guidance as we go.
You can pay in full or spread the cost weekly.
10 Session Coaching Support
This option is for deeper, longer-term support. It allows us to take things at a steadier pace, build stronger habits, and create lasting changes in how you think and feel.
You’ll receive ten 1:1 coaching sessions, with ongoing support throughout.

We can schedule them weekly or at a pace that works best for you, and you can always reschedule with notice if needed.
