Refunds & Returns Policy

Physical Products

I create wellness and self-care products intended for personal use.

If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • in its original condition and packaging

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, I cannot accept returns on:

  • opened or used bath, body, skincare, or self-care products

  • consumable items

  • personalised or custom-made products

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.


Change of Mind

I do not offer refunds for opened, used, personalised, or custom-made items due to change of mind or personal preference.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days in line with the policy above.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • the packaging

  • the product

  • the shipping label

If the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit, I will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution where appropriate.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours so I can resolve the issue promptly.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, I will support you in raising an enquiry with the courier.

Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is officially considered lost.


Reiki, Coaching & Digital Services

All Reiki sessions, coaching services, readings, attunements, energy work, and digital/downloadable products are non-refundable once preparation or delivery of the service has begun.

You are paying for time, preparation, scheduling, and delivery of the service.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible to rearrange.

Missed appointments or late cancellations are considered completed and are not refundable.


Subscriptions

Ongoing support and subscription services renew automatically based on your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.


Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights relating to faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods.
