Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching

Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck or low in confidence?

My gentle, practical coaching gives you a supportive space to talk things through, understand what is holding you back and begin moving forward in a way that feels realistic for you.

There is no judgement, pressure or toxic positivity—just calm, compassionate support designed to help you feel clearer, more confident and more like yourself again.

Sessions are available online by phone or WhatsApp, with in-person coaching in Dagenham also available where suitable.

  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed or mentally exhausted
  • Struggle with confidence, self-worth or self-belief
  • Find it difficult to set boundaries or put yourself first

A gentler kind of coaching

Some people avoid coaching because they worry it will feel intense, pushy or uncomfortable. That is not how I work.

I will encourage you, but always in a way that feels safe, realistic and respectful of where you are right now.

No fake positivity. No pressure to “hustle harder.” No judgement if you are struggling.
