If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or low in confidence, my coaching offers a calm, supportive space to help you work through it. This is compassionate confidence and wellbeing coaching for real life — gentle, honest, practical support without pressure, judgement, or being pushed before you’re ready.

Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, stress, boundaries, motivation, people-pleasing, confidence, or simply feeling a bit lost, coaching can help you untangle what’s going on and start moving forward in a way that feels manageable.

Sessions are available online via WhatsApp or phone, with in-person coaching in Dagenham available if preferred. You can start with a single 1:1 coaching session, continue with ongoing coaching support packages, or join my small confidence and wellbeing coaching group, depending on what feels like the best fit for you.

Choose the support that suits you best

You can work with me in three ways:

  • 1:1 Coaching Session – a single 60-minute session to help you talk things through, gain clarity, and start moving forward
  • Coaching Support Packages – ongoing 1:1 support over a number of sessions for deeper, lasting change
  • Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching Group – a small, supportive group space with shared encouragement, accountability, and practical coaching tools

All options are grounded, compassionate, and designed to help you move forward in a realistic, supportive way.

A gentler kind of coaching

Some people put off coaching because they worry it will feel intense, pushy, or like someone barking motivation at them. That is not how I work.

My style is warm, compassionate, supportive, and grounded. I will encourage you, absolutely — but in a way that feels safe, realistic, and respectful of where you are. No fake positivity. No pressure to perform. No “just push through it” nonsense.

This is supportive coaching for people who want real change, but need it approached with care, honesty, and understanding.

If you would rather grow in a small, welcoming space with others on a similar journey, my Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching Group offers encouragement, accountability, and practical coaching tools in a supportive environment.

This WhatsApp-based group coaching programme runs for four weeks and focuses on helping you build confidence, improve mindset, and feel more balanced in everyday life.
