Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or low in confidence, coaching can give you space to breathe, untangle your thoughts, and decide what you actually want from your life. My approach is gentle, honest and practical – no pressure, no hype, just real support at your pace.
Sessions are available online (WhatsApp or phone), and in-person in Dagenham if preferred. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start – that’s what the coaching is for.
Is this for you?

How sessions work
Sessions are usually held online via WhatsApp (call, voice notes or messages) or by phone. In-person sessions in Dagenham can be arranged if that feels better for you.
You don’t need to prepare anything special – just bring yourself, a rough idea of what’s on your mind, and a willingness to talk about it honestly. We go at your pace, and there’s always room for you to pause, ask questions, or change direction if something else comes up.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’ve never had coaching before?
That’s completely fine. Many people I work with are brand new to coaching. The free consultation is there so you can ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if it feels right for you – with zero pressure to commit.
How do I choose between 1:1 and group coaching?
If you’d like space to dive deeper into your personal situation, 1:1 coaching is usually best. If you like the idea of shared support, learning from others and a lower cost per month, group coaching can be a great fit. We can talk this through on your free consultation.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Life happens. If you start with Pay As You Go and decide you’d like more regular support, or you need to pause for a while, we’ll work together to find something that suits your circumstances.
Do you work with neurodivergent clients?
Yes. I have personal and professional experience around ADHD, autism and mental health challenges, and I aim to make coaching as accessible, flexible and judgement-free as possible.
Ready to begin?
The easiest way to get started is with a free consultation. We’ll talk through what you’re struggling with, what you’d like to change, and which coaching option might suit you best. There’s no obligation to continue – this is simply a safe space to explore your next steps.
