My Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching offers calm, compassionate support to help you work through life’s difficult seasons in a realistic, supportive way.

This is gentle, grounded coaching for real life — without pressure, judgement or toxic positivity. Whether you struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, low motivation, stress, emotional overwhelm or simply feeling a bit lost, coaching can help you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.

Sessions are available online via WhatsApp or phone, with in-person coaching in Dagenham also available if preferred.

This coaching may help if you:

  • Overthink everything and constantly second-guess yourself
  • Feel emotionally overwhelmed or mentally exhausted
  • Struggle with confidence, self-worth or self-belief

Choose the support that suits you best

You can work with me in three different ways depending on the type of support you are looking for:

  • Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching Group – a gentle WhatsApp-based group coaching experience with support, encouragement, accountability and practical tools
  • 1:1 Coaching Session – a private 60-minute coaching session to help you gain clarity, process what’s going on and start moving forward
  • Coaching Support Packages – ongoing 1:1 support over multiple sessions for deeper, longer-term support and change

All coaching is grounded, compassionate and designed to help you move forward gently and realistically.

Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching Group

If you would prefer support within a small, welcoming group environment, you are very welcome to join the waiting list for my next Confidence & Wellbeing Coaching Group.

This supportive WhatsApp coaching group is designed for people who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck, anxious or low in confidence and want calm, compassionate support from someone who genuinely understands.

  • £30 for 4 weeks (just £7.50 per week)
  • small supportive group of 4–12 people
  • 4 weeks of WhatsApp-based coaching support
  • no Zoom calls or camera needed
  • gentle encouragement, support and accountability
  • a welcoming, non-judgemental environment

There is currently no fixed start date.

By joining the waiting list, you are simply registering your interest in a future coaching group.

Once enough people are interested, I will contact everyone on the waiting list with the next group start date and full details before any payment is taken.

A gentler kind of coaching

Some people avoid coaching because they worry it will feel intense, pushy or uncomfortable. That is not how I work.

My coaching style is warm, supportive, compassionate and grounded. I will encourage you, absolutely — but in a way that feels safe, realistic and respectful of where you are right now.

No fake positivity. No pressure to “hustle harder.” No judgement if you’re struggling.

This is supportive coaching for people who want real change, but need it approached gently and honestly.
