Physical Products Refunds and Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

I create wellness and self-care products that are intended for personal use. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, I do not accept returns for physical products once they have been dispatched. This includes sleep kits, salts, sprays, body butters, pulse oils, and any consumable or topical product.

By placing your order, you agree that you understand and accept this policy.

Change of Mind

I do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or if you decide you no longer want the product.

Exceptions — Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The packaging
• The product
• The shipping label

If the item is genuinely defective or damaged in transit, I will provide a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours so I can correct it.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If a parcel is delayed or missing in transit, I will support you in raising an inquiry with the courier. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms loss.

Services (Reiki, Energy Work, Coaching)

All services are non-refundable once booked. This includes Reiki sessions, grid work, readings, coaching, and attunements. You are paying for time, energy, preparation, and delivery of the service.

If you cannot attend a live session, please email me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Missed or late cancellations are considered completed services and are not refundable.

Subscription Services

Energetic grids and ongoing support subscriptions renew automatically according to your plan. You may cancel at any time, but there are no refunds for partially used subscription periods.

Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law in relation to faulty or mis-described goods.
