Reiki-Charged Gemstones: A Little Something to Keep After Your Session
Have you ever picked up a gemstone and felt drawn to it, even if you couldn't quite explain why?
There's something lovely about natural crystals and gemstones. Each has its own colours, markings and character, and no two are ever exactly alike.
For many people, they're more than something pretty to look at. They can become a personal reminder of an intention, a special moment or simply taking a little time for themselves.
And that's the idea behind my latest addition to Wilderwell®.
What is a Reiki-charged gemstone?
Within Reiki practice, gemstones are sometimes used as part of energy work, with the intention of combining Reiki with the traditional symbolism of crystals.
I already work with crystals during certain Reiki sessions, but I wanted to offer something a little different.
You can now choose to have a gemstone included in your personal distance Reiki session.
I'll hold your chosen gemstone during your session, incorporating it into the Reiki work. Afterwards, I'll carefully package it and post it to you.
So although your Reiki session takes place at a distance, you'll have something physical to keep afterwards.
Why might you want one?
Perhaps you're working on feeling more confident, finding a little calm in a busy life or simply making more time for yourself.
Your gemstone can become a reminder of that intention.
You might keep it beside your bed, carry it in your pocket, place it on your desk or hold it during a quiet moment.
There's no particular way you have to use it, and you don't need to believe that a crystal has special powers to appreciate its beauty or personal significance.
For me, it's about adding another thoughtful, personal element to your Reiki experience.
How does it work?
It's very straightforward.
When you book a personal distance Reiki session with Wilderwell, you can choose to include a gemstone.
During your appointment, I'll hold the gemstone as I carry out your Reiki session. Once the session is complete, I'll arrange for it to be posted to you.
The gemstone add-on costs just £5 for customers in the UK, or £10 for customers outside the UK, including postage.
Your personal Reiki session itself can be either 30 minutes for £25 or 60 minutes for £50.
As always, there's no need to travel or join a video call. We simply arrange a suitable time, and I carry out your Reiki session remotely.
A little reminder to take time for yourself
Sometimes it's the small things that encourage us to slow down.
A quiet cup of coffee, a few minutes outdoors, writing in a journal or holding a gemstone that reminds us of something important.
That's what I hope these little additions can offer: something personal to keep beyond your appointment.
