Understanding Chakra Balancing

In energy healing, the chakras are described as energy centres within the body that help regulate the flow of energy through your system.

Each chakra is associated with different emotional and energetic themes such as security, confidence, communication, and intuition.

Over time, stress, emotional strain, difficult experiences, or everyday pressures can leave these energy centres feeling blocked, overactive, or out of balance.

A Chakra Flush Reiki session focuses on gently clearing and rebalancing these energy centres so that your energy can move more freely again.

This session may feel supportive if you have been experiencing things such as:

• Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or unsettled

• A sense of heaviness or energetic “clutter”

• Difficulty focusing or feeling grounded

• Emotional ups and downs without a clear cause

• Wanting to feel more balanced and centred

During the session, Reiki energy is directed through the chakra system with the intention of clearing stagnant energy and restoring a smoother, steadier flow.

The session is carried out at a distance, so there is nothing you need to do during the session itself. You can simply continue with your day as normal.

Some people notice a sense of calm or clarity afterwards, while for others the shift unfolds gradually over the following hours or days.
